Come join us during the “Open House/1 Year Anniversary Celebration” of our fitness studio.
We’re going to have several events taking place throughout the day.
If you think you can hang, sign-up for our 30 minute workout.
Activities:
8am – 10am – we will be conducting 30 minutes workouts starting every half hour on the half (space is limited to 15 per class so please come early to sign up)
10am – 12pm – Chat and Chew and tours of the facility
12pm – 1pm Fat Loss presentation by Blair Baxter
1pm – 2pm – Q & A
