Labor Day 2009

Well it’s almost here – Labor Day Weekend. For most people, this is the last hoorah of the Summer.

Are you ready? :)

If not – you still have time to dial in your physique and make a huge difference.   That’s right – it’s not over — you still have time!

First you must set some goals. I’ve heard it said the difference between a goal and a dream is a goal has a date. Just because you’re training for fat loss or to look better naked – doesn’t change the fact that DEADLINES are extremely effective tools.
