There are a few basic beliefs that we adhere to for just about every personal training campaign. Don’t get me wrong, each program is customized to each person but there are basic foundation rules that we all must adhere to if we expect to achieve amazing results. First, if you are a “soft drinker” then you need to stop.

Soft drinks are loaded with sugar and this will throw a wrench in any program that we design for you. In addition, you need to eat breakfast because this will help increase your metabolism throughout the day.

In addition, eating a healthy breakfast will help you make better eating decisions and decrease snacking. You should also eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. If you do decide to snack, keep fruit and veggies on hand so that you can reach for these instead of a bag of chips. Finally, eat fresh foods.

Processed foods are a no-no and will only keep you from achieving the results you are looking to achieve. Stay on track and be sure that you are taking a multivitamin. All of these tips are essential basics in every plan! No one is exempt.

“Does This Dress Make Me Look Fat?”

Let’s face it. Fat is the only thing that can really make you look fat. The good part is, you can control that problem.

You are in the driver’s seat when it comes to the way you look in that little black dress and that means you have the power to never ask that dreaded questions again. For starters, looking great starts with being healthy.

Does this shorts makes me look fat?

Delete trips to fast food joints and if you absolutely have to visit one, make sure that you choose something that supports your new lifestyle.

Your personal trainer will help you design a plan that will tell that “dress” exactly how you want to look, not the other way around! Your fitness expert should also tell you how muscle tone would accent your figure.

Exercise and proper nutrition are essential for weight loss and muscle tone.

Spot training is never the answer and proper diet and a customized exercise routine is exactly what will help you overcome your fitness problem.

Visit Body By Blair at 75 East Butler Avenue on the 2nd Floor in Ambler, PA today or just call (215) 552-8118 to schedule your personal training appointment. You can even fill out a contact form on our site at http://bodybyblair.com/. You’ll achieve so much more than weight loss!

Believe the Benefits

In order to commit to a well-designed exercise program, you must believe in the outcome and have faith in the personal trainers that are working with you.

The benefits from personal training exceed those that are associated with a generalized exercise program. Your body is exclusively yours and your personal trainer should be able to assist you in customizing a program that will help you achieve what you are looking to achieve, not what he or she thinks you should achieve.

The benefits associated with personal training fitness can range from the very basics of losing a few pounds to losing hundreds of pounds, revamping your body and recreating a healthier lifestyle that changes the overall way you eat, think and exercise.

Even though everyone has different goals, the benefits associated with each plan are endless! You will not only look different but you’ll feel different too.

So many people step into my studio with one goal and leave with benefits they never thought possible.

You can too! Fill out a contact form on our site at http://bodybyblair.com/ or call me today at (215) 552-8118 or stop into my studio at 75 East Butler Avenue, 2nd Floor in Ambler, PA and sign up for your “benefits” today! I’m confident that you’ll be glad you did.

Coming Out

The story about the Count of Monte Cristo was a masterful piece of literature that, among other things, described one man’s charted plan to reinvent him. He skillfully put together a plan to get back into the lives of those who were once surrounded by him. Your commitment and reason for starting a personal fitness program may not be as intense as the Count’s, however, having a personal trainer to skillfully chart out a plan that begins to design a new you is what “coming out” is all about!

Building a new, stronger, happier you, can help you start a new life looking and feeling the way you’ve always wanted to look and feel. Fitness can come through various means like yoga, aerobics, weight training, and more all help to customize a new more invigorating “you”.  Be open to all the options that personal training can bring and do your absolute best to stay committed to the plan that is designed for you. Remember, it’s all about your commitment to looking and feeling better.

Continuing on the charted plan is what will help you get to the goals that you have set for yourself.

5 Super Simple Fat Loss Tips

Fat loss isn’t rocket science. I know we love to make our problems seem much bigger than they really are, but when you really look at them they’re typically easy to solve. And that’s often the case with fat loss.
To prove it to you here are five super simple fat loss tips you can easily follow:

 1) Stop guzzling liquid sugar. Yes, I mean soft drinks and juices and bottles of iced tea loaded with high fructose corn syrup. For the most part, a 12 oz can of cola is 150 calories of pure sugar. Have a couple of those a day and it’s easy to see why you’re struggling.

2) I’ve written it a gazillion times and I will continue to – eat breakfast! If you want to make fat loss easy then make sure you start your metabolism off on the right foot.

3) Eat more fruit. Aim for at least 5 servings a day.

4) Eat more veggies. Again, aim for at least 5 servings a day.

5) Stop eating so many processed foods. If it comes in a box from your grocery store it’s most likely processed. The fresher the foods the better.

* Bonus tip*

You can make tips 3 and 4 a breeze by using a whole foods based multi. Personally, I love Prograde Nutrition’s VGF 25+ http://cheapvitamins.getprograde.com/vgfmen OR http://cheapvitamins.getprograde.com/vgfwomen because it is made from 25 WHOLE veggies, greens and fruits.
